Responsibilities
Ensure that children at the center receive appropriate care and services, reporting to the Supervisor.
Maintain updated knowledge of available resources and services, such as counseling, medical care, tutoring, and school assistance.
Prepare and present comprehensive case reports.
Requirements
Degree/Master's in Social Work, Humanities, or Social Sciences (e.g., Sociology, Community Development) or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Energetic, patient, creative, and able to multitask with good time management and communication skills.
Ability to work overtime and handle unplanned situations effectively.
Strong initiative and able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
Passionate about working with vulnerable children in a social care environment.
Flexible and willing to work shift hours, including night shifts (24-hour center operations).
Must have a valid class D driving license.
Preferably female due to the home-based working environment.
