PEMIMPIN is looking for an Operations Associate to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. The position involves supporting operational processes, human resources, finance, and administrative tasks. The role will also include cross-functional coordination and knowledge management within the organisation.

Assist in drafting and implementing SOPs and policies.
Maintain structured and legally compliant documentation systems.
Support recruitment processes and onboarding.
Manage employee records and HR-related activities.
Coordinate team meetings and team-building activities.
Execute any tasks assigned by the Director of Operations and Executive Director.
Finance and Administrative Support:
Process invoices, receipts, and reimbursements.
Track recurring expenses and ensure financial records are accurate.
Prepare financial reports and handle audits.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events.
Cross-Pillar Coordination and Knowledge Management:
Foster a collaborative work environment.
Coordinate events and engage with stakeholders.
Document learnings and best practices.
Exchange information with GSL partners and contribute to cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in related fields.
Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
Experience in finance, human resources, administrative tasks, or teaching/training is an advantage.
