Establish and manage the Complaints Management System (manual/online).
Supervise and monitor complaint handling processes.
Forward complaints to the Information Assessment Committee for evaluation.
Ensure actions on complaints related to corruption and misconduct are addressed.
Coordinate with relevant departments for internal actions on compliance matters.
Maintain records of complaints and generate periodic reports.
Build cooperative ties with other departments to enhance compliance efforts.
Ensure confidentiality and protection for whistleblowers as per relevant legislation.
Detect and verify complaints related to criminal misconduct and ethics violations.
Prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for further action.
Report criminal cases to relevant enforcement agencies.
