Responsibilities
Financial Administration: Maintain financial records, reconcile reports, prepare fundraising budgets, and align them with organizational needs.
Donor Management: Maintain donor databases, liaise with donors for tax receipts, handle inquiries, and support donor engagement activities.
General Support: Assist in preparing reports and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Knowledge of financial administration, tax compliance, and donor management systems
Team player with a donor-focused approach
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 1-year experience in finance or accounts (fresh graduates are welcome)
