The ECHO Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and curating content that promotes mental health awareness, education, and advocacy across various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, podcasts, and video platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with the ECHO's communications team and subject matter experts to produce engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
Responsibilities
Create and curate high-quality written and multimedia content that aligns with the mental health organization's mission and goals.
Conduct research on mental health topics and trends to ensure the content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the target audience.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, mental health professionals, and community members to develop content that addresses the mental health needs of diverse communities.
Plan and execute content strategies for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, podcasts, and video platforms.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and adjust content strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the communications team to develop engaging marketing campaigns that promote mental health awareness and advocacy.
Stay up-to-date on emerging digital trends and technologies to optimize content creation and distribution.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or completed a BSc or BA in Psychology.
Proven experience as a content creator or digital marketer, with a portfolio of relevant work samples.
Knowledge of mental health issues and trends, and experience creating content related to mental health.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
