The Videographer is responsible for creating compelling video content for various social media platforms. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure high-quality production, produce marketing, educational and promotional videos, and maintain video production equipment.
Responsibilities
• Capture, edit, and produce video content for marketing, educational, and promotional initiatives.
• Create videos that communicate the organisation's mission and impact.
• Produce promotional, educational, documentary-style, interview, solar installation, and event videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing, education, and other teams.
• Operate professional video, audio, lighting, and camera equipment.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ensure content reflects SOLS Foundation's values of serving, educating, and empowering.
• Apply storytelling and visual direction that connects with audiences.
• Produce video content regularly based on project needs.
• Travel occasionally for on-location shoots and event coverage.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong camera operation, lighting, and shot composition skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of professional video production equipment.
