Job Title

Description

Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of PEMIMPIN's Fellowships programs, ensuring high-impact delivery to school leaders and teachers in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to execute strategic program plans
Assist in program curriculum delivery and content preparation
Conduct workshops, sessions, and school visits
Coordinate logistics and operational activities
Support budgeting and financial documentation
Communicate with stakeholders including Ministry officials, funders, and partners
Contribute to marketing and communications, including social media and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field
0–2 years of relevant experience in education or social work
Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English
Strong communication, training, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut
Prior experience in education, training, or multimedia content creation is desirable
