In collaboration with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and Sime Darby Property Berhad, this programme offers opportunities to underprivileged and vocationally inclined youth through:

✅ Monthly allowance and accommodation provided
✅ Job placement opportunities after graduation
✅ Construction Skills Competence Certificate (CSCC) by CIDB

This comprehensive training programme under the Facilities Cluster: Building Repairs & Maintenance equips young professionals with the skills needed to be industry-ready!

Eligibility Criteria:
• Malaysian citizen
• Aged 18-25 years old at the time of application
• Household income of RM5,000 and below
• Passionate about construction and eager to build a better future
