The Malaysian public are now more aware of their spending and more conscious of where their money goes to (for example, the BDS boycott campaign). With the holiday shopping season this end of year, this campaign encourages people to be wiser with their choices and consumption, and that their ringgit/dollar can transform lives. The campaign compares what can be bought for RM50 vs the price for sponsoring a student which is also RM50. For example, RM50 can buy four cups of coffee, but it can also sponsor a refugee child’s education at Fugee School for a whole week.
