Coordinate EPIC Challenge Level 1 and Level 2 community-driven projects under the XChange Marketplace, repurposing surplus building materials for indigenous communities. Oversee project implementation, cross-department coordination, small grants management, documentation, and stakeholder support.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage EPIC Challenge Level 1 & 2 projects
Oversee construction, repair, or extension of homes using XCM materials
Coordinate community infrastructure projects
Monitor progress, milestones, and risks
Support Community Buddies
Coordinate materials, training, logistics with internal departments
Collaborate with consultants and contractors
Manage disbursement and tracking of Level 2 small grants
Track outcomes, documentation, compliance
Prepare reports and presentations
Coordinate logistics for site visits, training sessions, and events
Gather feedback for improvement
Identify and escalate risks
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Project Management, Community Development, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or related field
2–4 years project coordination, grant management, or community development experience
Experience with indigenous or rural communities (advantage)
Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, digital project tools
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Excellent coordination, documentation, and time management
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
Passionate about sustainability, community empowerment, social impact
