UN Women, TalentCorp Malaysia and LeadWomen are inviting Malaysian-based for-profit organisations to apply for the second cohort of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Corporate Action Lab Malaysia.
The 2026 programme, themed “Transforming Malaysia’s Corporate Ecosystem Through Inclusive Workplaces and Future-Ready Workplace Practices,” aims to help companies address workplace barriers, promote gender equality and develop more inclusive workplace practices.
Over nine months, a selected cohort of 10 companies will receive technical support, participate in peer learning sessions and develop practical solutions to improve women’s workforce participation and career progression.
Participating companies will benefit from:
• One-on-one innovation and technical support
• Access to WEPs tools and resources
• Company-specific workplans and KPIs
• Peer learning and networking opportunities
• Connections with industry experts and solution providers
• Opportunities for national and regional recognition
Eligible applicants must be registered for-profit businesses in Malaysia, comply with existing labour laws, and be willing to become WEPs signatories. Selected companies must appoint two programme representatives and one C-suite executive, commit to implementing solutions, and attend at least 80% of programme activities.
Applications are open from 5 to 30 October 2026. Successful applicants will be notified by early November, with a public launch scheduled for 17 November 2026.
