The Axiata Foundation has officially opened applications for the University Leadership Development Programme (ULDP) 2025, an elite two-week initiative designed to equip Malaysian undergraduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to become future CEOs. Running from 25 July to 7 August 2025, the programme offers a fully-sponsored experience valued at RM12,000, waived entirely for selected participants.
ULDP provides an intensive curriculum combining virtual and physical training, including workshops in business strategy, data analytics, generative AI, digital marketing, business operations, and communications. The programme also features business simulations, mentoring, and the prestigious CEO Challenge, where participants compete for attractive prizes.
Eligibility criteria include:
Malaysian citizenship
Age between 19 and 25
Active involvement in extracurricular activities
Open to undergraduates from local or international universities and all fields of study
Applications close on 30 June 2025. ULDP offers participants a transformative experience, with access to top business leaders, networking opportunities, and coaching support.
