Requirements
ESSENTIAL
Minimum qualification: A bachelor's degree or higher in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field is an advantage. (Candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and within a team environment.
PREFERRED
Min. 1 year of working experience in the impact space (NGOs, social enterprises, or community-based organisations).
Familiarity with local communities and grassroots initiatives.
