We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. This role involves supporting individuals affected by gender-based violence, providing case management, advocacy, and emotional support, and helping them access the services they need.
Responsibilities
Provide support and advocacy for survivors of violence.
Conduct case assessments, planning, and follow-ups.
Liaise with relevant agencies (e.g., police, hospitals, courts) to assist clients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Contribute to outreach and awareness programmes when needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
Degree or diploma in social work, psychology, counselling, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy and ability to work with individuals in crisis.
Previous experience in social work or related field is an advantage.
