Reporting to the Social Impact Lead to kickstart the development process in communities by coordinating the asset mapping process and managing relationships with Orang Asli communities. Includes managing and equipping volunteer Pathfinders and assisting in special innovation projects.

Maintaining relationships with communities previously engaged

Requirements
Valid driver’s licence and own transportation
Willing to travel to remote locations
Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
Adventurous and willing to explore communities
Community facilitation skills
Problem-solving, time management & organisation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
