Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, security, systems implementation, advanced support, disaster recovery, vendor management, and IT policy development. Provide technical leadership and support to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, software, and services.
Align IT initiatives with company strategic goals.
Ensure IT security, integrity, and compliance.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols.
Lead design, deployment, and optimization of IT systems.
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Provide Level 2 & 3 advanced technical support.
Mentor junior IT staff.
Manage servers, networks, mobile devices, PABX, CCTV, and access control.
Monitor network performance and conduct preventive maintenance.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup systems.
Administer user accounts and access controls.
Manage vendors and service providers.
Oversee IT procurement and contract negotiations.
Assist in developing IT policies and documentation.
Maintain documentation of IT assets and configurations.
Support event setups, logistics, visitor arrangements, and meeting room configurations.
Provide additional support to the Facilities team as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in IT management or related roles.
Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and IT best practices.
Experience in team management and leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in project management and IT system implementation.
