Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and cultural showcases
Coordinate logistics including venue setup, technical requirements, and vendor arrangements
Develop event timelines, task lists, and manpower schedules
Support creative and production teams
Liaise with clientele, vendors, suppliers, performers, contractors, and partners
Prepare purchase requests and manage budgets
Ensure timely setup of materials, equipment, and installations
Support sponsorship and partnership deliverables
Oversee setup, registration, crowd control, and stage management
Supervise crew and ensure compliance with event requirements
Solve real-time problems during events
Assist in promotions, social media activations, and content creation
Coordinate PR activities, influencer engagement, and live event coverage
Contribute to post-event reports, documentation, and summaries
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in PR, marketing, or event communication
Excellent English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
Strong media networking and digital marketing skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Able to work weekends/public holidays when events are held
Creative thinker, able to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, basic design tools (Canva, Adobe preferred)
