Job description:
Degree in Social Work or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
Good verbal and written skills in both English and Bahasa
Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Plan and oversee project implementations per goals and deadlines.
Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with timelines.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
Organize meetings, events, and logistics, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Prepare and submit progress reports to funders and stakeholders.
Track and manage project budgets and financial documentation.
