Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project & Business Lead at Earth Heir Collective in Malaysia. The Project & Business Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day project operations (ensuring we on track for our community development deliverables), business planning, communication with stakeholders, and having a growth mindset to support the social impact marketplace's success.

Requirements

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Business Planning expertise
Strong Business acumen and Communication abilities
Customer Service skills
Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Knowledge of sustainability practices and social impact initiatives
Fluency in English and proficiency in local Malaysian languages is a plus
Having marketing, business development or digital growth experience would also be a plus
