Responsibilities
Help plan and run exciting programmes that create meaningful impact
Manage and maintain online learning resources and platforms
Assist in data collection, analysis, and management
Create programme reports highlighting key successes
Support event logistics, including training sessions and book deliveries
Collaborate with team members and contribute to all areas of programme support
Requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive with a strong eagerness to learn
Detail-oriented and empathetic in interactions
Based in Klang Valley
Comfortable with both independent and team-based work
Open to occasional travel
