Supports programme management through planning, implementation, and evaluation. Handles research, reporting, logistics, and database management, while assisting with emails, presentations, and social media. Coordinates with participants, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Responsibilities
- Research, report preparation, logistics coordination, and database management.
- Assists with communication efforts such as drafting emails, creating presentations, and managing social media content.
- Engages with participants, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in programme coordination, social work, youth/community building, non-profits, or related fields. Internships are welcomed.
- Skills: Programme coordination, impact measurement, reporting, capacity building, research, and resource development.
- Strengths: Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask and prioritise.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office/macOS, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Scrum/Kanban preferred).
