Position: School Principal
Workplace Type: On site
Employment: Full-time
Salary: RM7000–RM8000 (including EPF & SOCSO)
Start Date: April–June 2025
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Strategic Oversight
Implement strategic plans, ensure compliance, and manage operations and stakeholder relationships.
Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial sustainability.
Develop trauma-informed curricula, recruit and train culturally competent staff.
Address students' needs and build community partnerships.
Execute fundraising plans and advocate for refugee education.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION
• Education: Master's degree, Educational Leadership, or related field required.
Experience: 5+ years in educational leadership, preferably in refugee or trauma-informed settings.
Proven success in budget management and grant writing.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English required.
