Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a fundraising and partnerships strategy
- Build and manage pipelines of institutional, corporate, and foundation funders
- Lead proposal development, grants, pitch decks, and partnership packages
- Cultivate long-term relationships with funders and strategic partners
- Oversee reporting, compliance, and partnership stewardship
- Support fundraising campaigns, activations, and partner-related events
Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong writing skills for proposals, reports, and strategic communications
- Experience in the non-profit, foundation, or social impact sector is an advantage
