đ¤ The Partnerships & Programme Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting Family Frontiers' outreach efforts, particularly in the areas of programme coordination, partnership development and stakeholder engagement with corporate organisations, activists, grassroots organisations, community groups, funders and other relevant stakeholders.

Monitor timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Support the identification, development, and maintenance of strategic partnerships
Support Family Frontiersâ youth and activist networks.
Assist in bilateral and multi-stakeholder engagements
Support fundraising efforts
