Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the organisation
We are looking for an operations administrator to support the daily operations of our organisation.
The operations administrator's responsibilities may include keeping track of inventories, maintaining financial record of the operation and client records, handling building maintenance issues and providing administrative support as needed.
Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
Managing and updating organisations databases.
Keeping track of inventory, ordering supplies.
Maintaining financial(invoice and payment), employee, and client records.
Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
Providing administrative support
Performing other duties as assigned.
Operations Administrator Requirements:
Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, teamwork and can-do attitude
