Job Title

Description

The MEL Associate will be part of PEMIMPIN's Operations team, focusing on data management, analysis, and reporting to enhance program impact and organizational decision-making. This role involves setting up data collection processes, analyzing data, and supporting learning opportunities to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage data management workflows
Analyze and interpret data to inform decisions
Create visual reports like dashboards and infographics
Standardize data reporting formats
Conduct research on Malaysia's education landscape
Facilitate knowledge-sharing within the team
Ensure proper documentation and data storage
Assist with various operational tasks as directed by leadership

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings
Experience in non-profit or social sectors (preferred)
