    Description

    Heritage Malaysia requires a Librarian to provide support to all functions of a resource centre, including assisting library users in its usage, manages the library resources, digitize materials and support operational and administrative duties.

     

    Responsibilities
    • Classify and catalogue the library resources according to content and purpose.
    • Manage the library, including updating and maintaining the condition of the library resources.
    • Provide guidance to library users on library policies and procedures and be responsible for the safekeeping of all library resources.
    • Responsible for digitization project of library materials.
    • Conduct selected research and develop promotional materials.
    • Assist to maintain office databases.
    • Facilitate the acquisition of resources and reading materials.
