Responsibilities
1. Assist in monthly account closing, filling, financial reporting activities
2. Prepare bank reconciliation, petty cash and advance management
3. Responsible for a day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures
4. Ensure financial data is timely, accurate and complete
5. Entering data into the accounting system and extracting data
6. Perform daily accounting tasks with the Finance Operations team
7. Liaise with related departments to coordinate on accounting related matters
8. Attend training and staff meetings when scheduled
9. Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
Requirements
1. Strong administrative skills
2. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Able to go the extra mile, have a good attitude and is willing to learn
