The Instructional Design & Training Associate implements evidence-based programme design and delivery approaches, supports teachers and parents through training and coaching, facilitates leadership development sessions, strengthens inclusive learning environments, co-designs Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) efforts, ensures high-quality programme implementation, and communicates programme progress and impact.
Responsibilities
• Implement evidence-based programme design and delivery approaches.
• Support teachers and parents through training, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate leadership development sessions, workshops, Professional Learning Community (PLC) sessions, and parent engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen schools' SEN Hubs and inclusive learning environments.
• Co-design and implement Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) efforts to inform continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality programme implementation and smooth operations across participating PPKI schools.
• Communicate programme progress and impact through reports, reflections, and content across internal and external platforms.
