Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Analyze financial data to provide insights, variance analysis, and recommendations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Accounts Management
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank statements and financial transactions.
E-Invoicing, quotations, reta consignments, and corporate account vendor applications.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and internal policies & audit.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as required on tax, relevant business licences & registrations, social enterprise accreditations, e-perolehan etc.
HR & Payroll
Payroll and all necessary statutory payments .
Prepare HR documents and maintain Employee Records.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysia labour laws.
Requirements
You love working in a dynamic, flexible workplace and believe in our mission.
At least 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts or Finance / Operations management role.
Knowledge of creating processes and systems.
Excellent ability to use Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite and Teams, very good with spreadsheets.
Good math skills- Attention to detail.
Confidentiality and integrity - Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time.
