Responsibilities
1. Scheduling & providing individual and family therapy sessions to students of Dignity & their families.
2. Administrative tasks of sessions - intake forms, progress notes, etc.
3. Providing additional support (liaising with the Welfare Team, Teachers, etc.) in compliance to Dignity's SOP
Requirements
1. Ability to observe how people interact within units
2. Ability to treat psychological disorders within a family context
3. Empathic skills in guiding clients through trauma and transitional crises such as death/leaving home country
4. Highlight problematic relational or behavioural patterns
5. Passionate in working with underprivileged students & their families
6. Work in an inter-disciplinary team that consist of Welfare personnel, Socioemtional team and the Lead
7. Strong accountability in case management and reporting processes
8. Posses a license in counselling/clinical psychology in Malaysia
9. At least 1-2 years of experience in similar field
10. Trained in Family Therapy
