The Lost Food Project (TLFP) rescues surplus food, fights hunger, and champions sustainability. We’re looking for a Data & Finance Intern to help manage our numbers and maximise our impact.
🧑💻 What You’ll Be Doing:
Analyzing food rescue data, track volumes, and calculate CO2 savings.
Creating clear, concise reports and dashboards to showcase our impact.
Spotting trends, find opportunities, and support smarter decision-making.
Tracking spending, rescue costs, and budget allocations with precision.
Assisting with grant, fundraising, and operational budget preparation.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and areas for growth.
Collaborating with Fundraising, Operations, and Marketing teams to align financial strategies with impactful storytelling.
🛠️ What You’ll Need:
Skills in spreadsheets, financial tools, and love for numbers.
Superhuman attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (or eagerness to learn!).
A good sense of humour for those tricky financial puzzles!
