If you are enthusiastic about mental health, want to help individuals who are struggling (especially the most vulnerable), can mobilise oneself, have good communication skills, can commit to two four-hour shifts per week, are empathic and compassionate, can commit to a least one-year term, and can attend our ongoing training sessions

We're on the lookout for you! We are currently recruiting more volunteers to join MIASA's Crisis Team, with our next round of interviews currently scheduled for this Sunday 30th October 2022 with training taking place on 4th November 2022, all via virtual platforms.

Requirements
- Passionate for the cause of mental health
- Would like to help those that are struggling (especially the vulnerable groups)
- Are able to mobilize yourself
- Have good communication skills
- Can commit to a 2 four-hour shift per week (especially night block - 9.30pm to 1.30am)
- Are empathic and compassionate
- Are able to commit to a minimum 1-year tenure
- Are able to attend our ongoing training sessions.

- Ingin membantu mereka yang sedang berjuang (terutamanya golongan yang rentan)
- Boleh memandu
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik
- Boleh memperuntukkan 2 empat-jam blok "shift" seminggu (terutamanya giliran malam - 9.30 malam hingga 1.30 pagi)
- Mempunyai empato dan seorang yang penyayang - mama memberikan komitmen untuk tempoh minimum satu tahun)
- Data mengikuti sesi latihan berterusan
