Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate all project activities, ensuring they align with the objectives of Lensa Iklim, including effective planning, execution, and reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison between researcher, participants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and coordinate events such as workshops and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) related to the programme, managing logistics, content, and participant engagement to ensure the workshops are impactful and align with project goals.
Requirements
- Holding a Bachelor's Degree as a minimum requirement.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong coordination and facilitation capabilities.
- Proven experience in organizing events, including workshops and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
- Aptitude for identifying risks and solving problems
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and Zoom.
- Demonstrates teamwork, commitment, responsibility, and excellent time management skills
