Women Of Will is an NGO focused on empowering B40 women through entrepreneurship development. We are looking to hire a Community Development Officer who will be responsible for implementing projects that support B40 women entrepreneurs develop their businesses.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the implementation of 1-2 year long projects focused on women empowerment through entrepreneurship.
- Engaging community stakeholders (Persatuan Penduduk, KRT, JKM, etc.).
- Engaging B40 community members.
- Implementation of training and other learning programs.
- Identifying and developing local community leaders.
- Working with the team on developing programs based on community needs.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working with B40 communities.
