Women of Will (WOW) is an NGO that empowers disadvantaged women in Malaysia through entrepreneurship, training and community development. We work closely with B40 women, community leaders and partners to build sustainable livelihoods and stronger communities.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate programmes and trainings, work directly with stakeholders, monitor beneficiaries’ progress and support fieldwork, logistics and ensure smooth project execution. This role is hands-on and community-focused, involving regular field visits and engagement with local communities.

Requirements
1. Either Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Social Sciences, Community Development, Business, Education or related field)
2. 0-2 years experience (fresh grads welcome!)
3. Good communication skills in BM & English
4. Able to travel frequently (must have own transport + valid license)
5. Responsible, organised, and comfortable working with communities
6. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
