YTAR is seeking a visionary, strategic, and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to define and oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of the foundation. The CEO is responsible for ensuring fundraising, financial sustainability, governance, and program execution while leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

✔️ Set, oversee, and execute YTAR’s strategic direction

✔️ Manage fundraising and strategic partnerships with corporations & universities

✔️ Oversee program execution and marketing strategy

✔️ Ensure financial governance and endowment fund management

✔️ Maintain strong administrative and scholarship management procedures

✔️ Report directly to YTAR’s Board of Trustees

Requirements

✅ Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

✅ 8+ years of experience (non-profit/social impact leadership preferred)

✅ Strong engagement skills with public & private sector stakeholders

✅ Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (written & verbal)

✅ Willingness to travel within Malaysia and work occasional weekends
