Edvolution Enterprise is seeking a skilled and dedicated Branding & Marketing Manager who is
passionate about our mission and our work, to elevate our presence in the education sector.
You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative strategies to elevate Edvolution's
brand awareness, cultivate strategic partnerships, expand our service reach, and ultimately drive
long-term growth and sustainability within the education system.
You will be based in Kuala Lumpur, reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
💻 Key Responsibilities
1) Increase awareness, trust, and positive perception of Edvolution
● Website
○ Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic and engagement, aiming
for a 50% increase in page visits and a 10% increase in interactions compared to
previous year.
● Social Media
○ Implement strategies to grow followership by 50%, focusing on LinkedIn or
newsletter.
● Media Coverage
○ Cultivate relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure media coverage,
aiming to have at least 5 pieces of content about Edvolution published in third-party
media.
● Overall Brand Management
○ Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
○ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding
efforts.
○ Monitor brand perception and sentiment, implementing strategies to enhance brand
trust and recognition.
2) Nurture relationships with key stakeholders to advance Edvolution's mission
● Develop and execute impactful events and initiatives such as roundtables and conferences
to achieve the following objectives:
○ Cultivate relationships and foster engagement with key stakeholders from the public
and private sectors.
○ Generate interest and lay the groundwork for future collaborations or partnerships.
○ Enhance PR visibility through strategic utilisation of website, social media, and
collaboration posts.
● Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of events and
initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Evaluate the
effectiveness of strategies implemented, analyse outcomes, and iterate on approaches to
optimise future events and initiatives.
3) Develop strategies to broaden the impact of Edvolution's offerings
● Strategize and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to disseminate offerings
to 80% of the target market in key locations such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor
Bahru.
● Contribute to a 500% increase in website page visits related to our Edvolution’s offerings,
generating 25 qualified leads through the contact form.
● Develop and execute impactful events like roadshows attracting the target market to
showcase Edvolution's programs and build valuable relationships.
● Identify and champion opportunities to expand Edvolution's reach into new and emerging
markets, further extending our impact on education and maximising our growth potential.
4) Team culture and development
● Lead, manage, and develop the Branding and Marketing team, fostering their professional
growth and maximising their potential.
● Establish structures, processes, and enhance ways of working to improve team effectiveness
and collaboration.
