We are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive the brand and community development strategies of Sunway iLabs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Sunway iLabs team and ecosystem stakeholders to plan and implement impactful brand, marketing, and community development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Brand Development
Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand kit, including brand guidelines, visual assets, messaging frameworks, and corporate profile/deck.
Ensure a consistent application of brand elements across all online and offline communication and marketing channels, ensuring a clear and coherent brand message. This involves working closely with the Sunway iLabs teams and external partners to create a cohesive brand presence.
Coordinate with Sunway Group's Branding, Marketing, and Communications team to align strategies.
Actively manage and mitigate brand-related crises to safeguard and enhance the brand's reputation.
Marketing Collateral and Creative Assets:
Plan and execute the marketing strategies, which include the production of marketing collateral, advertisements, and creative assets that resonate with the brand's identity, target audience, and/or programme/initiative.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, analyse campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with the relevant teams to oversee the continuous improvement and development of the company website. This includes ensuring the company website content is up-to-date, relevant, aligned with marketing and branding initiatives, and user-friendly.
Community Engagement:
Plan and organise events that foster community engagement and activations, ensuring alignment with Sunway iLabs's strategic objectives.
Effectively communicate with the community to enhance participation and satisfaction.
Assist in overall business development strategies, collaborating with internal teams to plan alternative revenue acquisition strategies, including sponsorships and program fees.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a related field.
Proven experience in brand development and management, marketing and community development.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent writing and communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and make data-driven recommendations.
