Bengkel Teknologi Senior

Bengkel Teknologi Senior (BTS) is a digital literacy initiative founded by Dr. Tan Yun Yi, who is also currently serving as an assistant professor at Multimedia University.

Rooted in the belief that technology should empower and connect people, this initiative aims to help older adults aged 55 and above build confidence in using digital tools for everyday tasks and meaningful social engagement. Through thoughtfully designed workshops, seniors could learn to navigate essential applications such as online shopping, e-hailing, e-banking, and e-wallets—allowing them to stay independent, informed, and engaged.

More than just teaching technical skills, BTS fosters a human-centered approach to technology, ensuring that digital tools serve a social purpose by strengthening connections, bridging generations, and enhancing the quality of life for senior citizens in an increasingly digital world.
