Responsibilities
Design and implement M&E frameworks for various projects and programs
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track program effectiveness
Produce periodic reports on KPIs and impact measurements
Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment with M&E requirements
Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights
Support data-driven decision-making within the organization
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with reporting standards
