This role brings stories to life — through content, design, and digital strategy. You’ll support Impact Integrated’s communications and branding work across youth-focused programs by creating content that inspires, informs, and activates. From eye-catching posters to on-the-ground event coverage, your creativity will help amplify the voices of young changemakers.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation
Curate and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Track engagement metrics (reach, likes, shares, comments)
Draft and edit captions and social media posts
Maintain an editorial content calendar
Basic Graphic & Video Support
Create graphics and posters using Canva
Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Video
Assist in video production: script drafting, research, or acting talent
Coordinate with the Creative Team for asset delivery
Campaign & Program Communications
Create content for campaign communications (social posts, event updates, video snippets)
Attend and capture program events (photos, videos, stories)
Deliver post-event content and highlight reels on time
Document behind-the-scenes and participant interviews
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Design, or related field
Internship or experience in social media, content creation, or campaign coordination
Skills in video editing, photography, or visual content creation
Strong English and Malay communication skills
Proficiency with DSLR cameras and basic photography tools
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva
Willingness to work on weekends and travel for event coverage
