Description
Oversees end-to-end marketplace operations, managing partners, inventory, logistics, and ESG reporting to ensure efficient circular economy impact and community empowerment across Malaysia effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage partner and supplier relationships
Oversee marketplace operations, inventory, logistics, and points
Track ESG/CSR reporting and platform performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with community and impact teams
Lead and mentor marketplace coordinators
Drive growth and Phase 2 development of the XCM
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, sustainability, project management, architecture, engineering or related field
4–6 years marketplace/logistics/operations experience
Google Suite, CRM, inventory management proficiency
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
