Responsibilities
Manage partner and supplier relationships
Oversee marketplace operations, inventory, logistics, and points
Track ESG/CSR reporting and platform performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with community and impact teams
Lead and mentor marketplace coordinators
Drive growth and Phase 2 development of the XCM
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, sustainability, project management, architecture, engineering or related field
4–6 years marketplace/logistics/operations experience
Google Suite, CRM, inventory management proficiency
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
