Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for onboarding new employees, welcome emails, workstations and necessary equipment for new joiners
- Prepare and ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll process
- Screen, assess and qualify candidates and manage recruitment and selection process
- Conduct offboarding processes and ensuring relevant documentations
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Administer insurance and benefits programme
- Coordinate annual audits and assist with monthly/annual tax filings
- Good co-ordination and communication skills
