TNB is the leading electricity utility company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, providing affordable and reliable services to a wide customer base throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Labuan. TNB have also expanded their business operations and established presence on the international stage. 

With the launch of TNB Sustainability Pathway 2050, the Group established numerous sustainability targets including committing 1% of profit-after-tax (PAT) towards environmental and community-related programmes. TNB’s sustainability strategy is deeply rooted in their sustainability pillars; Governance, Economic, Environmental and Social.

TNB reported a net profit of RM3.66 billion during FY2021.

The dividend payout for FY2021 was 40.0 sen per share, or a total of RM2.29 billion

The Group reported a total investment of RM39.57 million into community programmes, excluding scholarships and convertible loans. 

A total of approximately RM117.97 million of in-kind contribution was made by TNB with the largest contribution allocated to MyBF scholarships worth RM53.3 million.

No employee volunteer hours were reported by Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
