The Group’s plantation business covers Malaysia and Indonesia while downstream resource-based manufacturing business has a strong presence in Asia, Europe and USA.

IOI declared a total dividend payout of RM656.7 million representing 52% of the profit after tax and minority interest. 

Total cash contributions made by the Group through Yayasan Tan Sri Lee Shin Cheng during FY2021 was approximately RM4.1 million.

Total in-kind contributions made by the IOI has been accounted for in the reported RM4.1 million contribution.

The members of the volunteer groups, comprised of smallholder farmers from surrounding areas are provided with equipment and gears needed for their patrolling programme.
