The Leadership Training & Development Manager oversees the implementation of the Accelerated School Improvement (ASLI) Fellowship, working closely with Orang Asli schools to strengthen leadership capacity, instructional practice, school improvement initiatives, and Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL).
Responsibilities
• Oversee the implementation of the ASLI programme.
• Work closely with school leaders and teachers to strengthen leadership capacity and instructional practice.
• Facilitate training and coaching.
• Support school-based improvement initiatives.
• Lead Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) efforts to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
• Support Orang Asli schools in driving meaningful and sustainable school improvement.
