A consultancy opportunity to conduct a comprehensive landscape analysis on the participation of young people (ages 10–24) in Malaysia, including mapping legal and policy frameworks, assessing participation platforms, identifying gaps, and providing actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
Conduct mapping and analysis of laws, policies, and procedures related to youth participation
Identify and evaluate key government and non-government participation platforms
Develop frameworks to assess quality and capacity of youth participation mechanisms
Conduct data collection (KII, FGD, surveys) with stakeholders including young people
Perform gap and causality analysis and provide recommendations
