Nicol David Organisation (NDO) is seeking a Programme Coordinator to join their team in Malaysia.
NDO believes sport is more than play — it is a powerful tool to build confidence, character, and future-ready young leaders. Through programmes such as Little Legends, Ibu Legends, and +Play, they aim to strengthen families through empowerment, financial growth, and mental wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the implementation of community-based programmes
• Collaborate with schools, partners, and key stakeholders
• Contribute to programme development and continuous improvement
• Support monitoring, reporting, and impact measurement efforts

This role is based in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Ibu Legends and family pillar programmes across communities and schools
• Ensure programmes align with NDO’s mission, values, and impact objectives
• Manage programme timelines, logistics, budgets, and reporting
• Build strong relationships with mothers, fathers, caregivers, schools, community leaders, NGOs, and corporate partners
• Facilitate community feedback loops to ensure programmes remain relevant and inclusive
• Support engagement of volunteers, coaches, and facilitators
• Track programme outcomes, participation data, and impact indicators
• Prepare reports for funders, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Identify insights and opportunities for programme improvement and scaling
• Coordinate facilitators, vendors, and volunteers involved in programme delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with communications, partnerships, and leadership teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in social sciences, Education, Psychology, Mass Communications, or business
• 0–2 years of experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on in the field
• Passionate about mental wellbeing, sport, and youth/family development
• Proficient in Google Suite, Office, and Canva
• Purpose-driven and proactive
• Strong communicator and team player
