Responsibilities
- Design and implement leadership development programmes
- Translate leadership philosophy into structured curricula, competencies, and outcomes
- Manage programme delivery end-to-end, including facilitators, mentors, and participant selection
- Support participant selection, cohort experience, and alumni engagement
- Oversee programme budgets, governance, evaluation, and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in programme or leadership development
- Strong understanding of experiential learning, mentorship, and cohort-based models
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and execution skills
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
